Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar's
Haven't seen any reviews on this tire. Is it a decent tire....can I get 25,000 miles out of it? I have a 2011 v6 and drive like a grandpa...lol, my brother says I should have gotten a 4 door sedan....I don't do burn outs and don't even drive more than about 75 mph on the highway.
Anyone have a review of this tire? I found them at a fantastic price...but if they totally suck....I need to know.
Stock wheels now, but putting on 2 18x8.5 and 2 18x10. Plan on going 255/45r18 up front with 285/40r18 in the rear.
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I have only been to the track once in my life to run my car...that was back in 1989 when I had my 86 Pontiac Fiero...got high 14s in that car stock. So I am not worried about track life. As long as I can get some decent mileage and comfort out of them, I will be happy.
How do they do in the rain? I live in Florida, so I am sure at some point I will be in the rain with the car.

I had an '84 Fiero back in the day, they may not get much respect these days, but they were a lot of fun.
I find the Eagle Supercars to be pretty darn good in the rain. I've taken mine from Boston to Kansas City and back several times, including extended driving in some pretty impressive midwestern rain storms, and no problems at all with hydroplaning, etc
The only thing I'll say critical about them is down around freezing they have all the traction of hockey pucks, but that's to be expected in a summertime tire, and obviously isn't likely to be a serious issue in FL.

Thanks for the additional info. It only gets down around freezing here about 5 or 6 days out of the year. So that isn't a problem.
On the fiero note. I had the 6 cyl with the 4 speed. It was actually pretty quick and the handling was really great too. We used to call it a poor mans corvette back then.
