Thanks for this.
My 3 most important requirements:
Cornering- Mountain roads
Wet traction - I live on the Coast
Quiet at speed - Drop top

Oh ya, and I'd love to get at least 100,000 kms out of them.
Sounds like these may do the trick.

Cheers

Hi All,
I realize that this is an old thread but I did end up with the Nitto Motivos and with about 2,000 miles on them I thought I'd give you my impression of these tires.
First off, I live on the west coast of British Columbia which means most of my (fairly aggressive) driving is on twisty mountain roads with more than a bit of wetness.
I can't really find any fault with these tires, in fact I really don't remember my stock 235/55ZR17 Pirellis handling as well as the Nittos, especially on wet roads.
One thing that may be in their favour is that I upped to 245/50ZR17 which probably gives me a total of about 4" more rubber on the road.
I got just over 50,000 miles out of the Pirellis, if I get that, or more from the Nittos, I'll be very pleased.

BTW, I recently ran my V6 at our local 1/8 mile and she hooked up really good, so good that I beat a 2003 SVT Cobra… twice (time slip upon request).
