Default Best Drag radial or slick option

Im gunna be buying radials or slicks or both after the winter. Just need peoples opinions for the best options. Im not going to really be taking the car to drag strips so i dont think full slicks and skinnies would be necessary. I was thinking the normal 275 40 17 ET streets. Its a stupid question that i already know but i like peoples opinions. What are the thickest slicks i can get which are street legal like those 28x9 MT's.

I like Hoosier Quick Time's. You can get them in 26x9.50 in 14-17" wheels

Yea those seem good but it says they are not reccomended for any street use im gunna need street radials that serve almost as well as these tires do

Unfortunately that is a dilemma. Street tires don't do well on that track and track tires don't do well on the street.

Try the Toyo TQ's. A lot of guys like them at the track and get mileage out of them on the street.

Nitto NT05R... Great stickiness, but last about 12-13k miles.
