Default Tire size?

Well right now I have the fr500 staggered 18x 9/10... The front tires I like the size of.. 245/40/18 in the front and 265/35/18... I like the look of the front, but I want to go to a taller and wider tire to get rid of the wheel gap and to get rid of the stupid ricer look on the back tires.... I'm thinking a 295/35/18. What would you guys say?

If you are going to go staggered then go STAGGERED! Do 255 in front and either 285 or 295 in the rear. I have 295/35/20 in the rear. Looks great

And If you are not lowered then you are going to need more sidewall to fill that gap, especially with 18's.

So what would you say for size? 295/40/18? The 245/265 came with the wheels. I just never changed out the rears.

295/40/18 should be a good size. 40 Should be enough sidewall. I'm not a fan of 45 or higher sidewall unless I'm driving an old-school muscle car. Lowering your car will make it look amazing as well

As far as the wheel gap goes though, that will only be closed if you get your car lowered though.
