Is there a way ito know if TPMS is inside wheels?
I'm picking up a 2013 GT next week but found a hot deal on some 2011 GT500 take offs that I don't think will still be available if I wait.
The seller had them briefly on an older car, now sold, and doesn't know if the sensors are still inside. Is there any way, without a car and without disassembling them, whether there sensors are still in there. I'm not sure they were just taken off the car since they were from a batch of take-offs from a Roush-type of upfitter who put custom wheels and other upgrades on new cars. They my have transferred the sensors and remounted the tires.

wiggle the valve stem if you hear and or feel a light knock its the sensor at the valve stem .. but that's a older model most likely on a band if on a band pretty hard to tell I think without pulling the rubber off and rebalance
