Default 04 GT wheels on an 07 GT?

Hey everyone, brand new here, 1st post. So currently, I have wheels from a 2004 Mustang GT and I'm wondering if they will fit on a 2007 GT? The 2007 GT is being bought, and the wheels that are on it are going to go on my stock 2014 GT, and I'm hoping my spare 04 wheels will fit on the 07 and the car will roll, drive, and turn without any issues so that it can be sold. If you could please let me know asap I would really appreciate it!! Thanks!!

They will physically bolt up, but they aren't the right offset and might cause some unexpected tugs on the steering wheel during extreme braking. Make sure that your potential buyers are aware of this.

Is that true? Ive never heard it- My brother in law has 04 GT wheels on his 06 with no tugging, and I had 06 16's on my 2002 with no issues or wandering.

It's a lot more likely when your braking is up around the point where ABS might step in, or if your brake pads have strong initial bite.

What's happening with low +offset wheels is that unequal braking left front vs right front causes a greater torque around the steering axis because the forces are acting at greater scrub radii (has more leverage fighting with you about trying to do their own steering). This torque can produce a tug at the steering wheel sort of like the way hitting a puddle with only the wheels on one side of the car does. Just not as severe.

If all of your braking is mild to maybe moderate once in a while, you might never encounter this.
