Can I put newer Mustang wheels on my 1999 v6?
I was browsing through Craigslist and found these 19"x8.5" wheels from a newer Mustang (2013?) with Pirelli P-Zero Nero All Season Tires for $800: https://portland.craigslist.org/wsc/wto/5298859077.html
I really like the looks of them, and having Pirelli's would be nice (I need new tires anyway), but I'm worried about them being too big to fit. I am not even sure if I would like such large wheels on my car, but I need to know if it's even an option before deciding that Any help is greatly appreciated!

You need to do a little more research, specifically concerning offset and/or backspacing. It's not even clear what year Mustang.
What I can tell you is that the OE offsets for SN95 wheels can be anywhere from 10mm to over 20mm smaller than the offsets for OE S197 wheels, which would make strut clearances smaller by 10 - 20+ mm. That much you can check for.
