I want to fit 2005 wheels with 45mm offset in a 2004 Mustang. An internet vendor says I only need to get 20-25mm spacers. Have anyone tried this?

25mm spacers are quite big - will need spacers with bolts - those sets cost quite a penny, you're better getting rims made for your car

They will work with that spacer but the money you would spend on getting a good set of spacers you could have already bought a portion of your wheels that go to yoour car.
