20" tires, not a fun thing to buy...
I thought that the 20" TSW Jarama wheels looked great on my 2000 GT when I bought it in Jan. However, finding tires recently was somewhat difficult. I live near Knoxville, TN and all 3 main warehouses didn't stock them. The pair came from Orlando. I ended up replacing the front pair of Nankang NS II's 255/30ZR20 with no more than 8,000 miles on them (I had a slight camber problem which is now solved). Installed today were Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus at 245/30ZR20.
The difference is like night and day. The new tires are so much smoother and 10 times quieter. The Nankangs were stiff and loud and I was tired of getting my guts beat out. Also, the Nankangs are wear rated at 200 and the Michelins are at 500. Michelin's website states that there is a 45,000 mile warranty for the Pilots but that is probably with frequent rotations. This will probably be my last time buying 20's, I like 18's in the Torque Thrust II's.

^ I agree
I am forever giving out info on the upside/downside to running 20"s in general, reguardless of the year of ride. The options are fewer and the $$$ is higher.
Even though you are happy with your new tires, I can just about guarantee they will NOT hold the line as well on a hard corner. Take your time and get used to how they respond to more aggressive driving.
