Default Wheel offset

I've been looking for wheels on places like Craigslist. I have a 2011 v6 Mustang. Is there any kind of chart or website that will tell me what years of cars will work on my car and what won,t? Cost is somewhat of an issue is why I.m looking used. I understand that there is a clearance problem on the outside of the calipers also. Am I going to have to go new to get something that fits? Help!

The safest way to confirm wheels will fit, is going to a site that has a page specifically for ones that fit your model/year ride. Some to check:

TireRack
American Muscle

As far as I know, most 2010 wheels will fit your ride, but am not positive, so if you find a wheel meant to run on the previous years of S197's, compare the off-set/back-space info to 2011 wheels as they just may fit
