Looking to upgrade my wheels, but keep the same tires
I currently have stock 19" wheels with 245/45/19 tires. I really like these GT500 style wheels:

So, my question is: Will my tires fit on those 19x10 wheels? Should I just go with the 19x8.5? What about, if my tires will fit, staggering them with the 19x10 in the back and 19x8.5 up front?

You need to look up your specific tire specs to see if it is approved for fitment on a 10" wheel. My guess is no, as all the tires I have seen in such a size are only approved for up to a 9" wheel. Even if it was approved to run on a 10" wheel, it would be pretty darn narrow and leave the rim vulnerable to curbs and such.
If you are happy with the 8.5" all around, that would be your least expensive option. If you are willing to purchase a couple wider tires of the same make/model, this is an option as well.
