I agree with the odd size of an 8.5" and will be difficult to find ANY wheel in such a size. Any particular reason you want to go 8.5"?

What wheels are you running? are you running aftermarket suspension upfront?

currently running American Racing 18x9's up front with a back set of 6 3/4". The AM Saleen 18x9's i ordered would work, but would definately need spacers in the front so the back of my wheel wont hit the front sway bar. I would need 3/8" I figured to clear those major turns.

sounds odd to me... are you sure the backspacing is right? are you running any sort of aftermarket suspension?

Your back-space is indeed a bit high, but do not recommend you get spacers for the fronts and just get the proper off-set of wheels

Your lugs are just not going to accept a 3/4"+ spacer and have anything left to secure your wheels (what is needed to get you to where you SHOULD be on your fronts). Besides this, is the issue of scrub radious and can create it's own set of problems.

Im back after 60+ hours, a wedding, and my sister visiting. My car is going to get the very rag top replaced the 17th, and I think I will ask them to look at the front and see what they think. I want to get this wheel thing straightened lol.
