I have the stock anthracite Bullitts with 245/45-17's all the way around on my 03. Thinking of getting wider wheels/tires, but still be able to rotate them. So what is the max width I could run, I have a stock suspension that has not been lowered.

Two things....
First.... you can run up to a 9" & 10.5" set of wheels on your ride, just make sure they are designed to fit YOUR model year. Second... depending on the tires that are generally included in tire/wheel packages, they may not be soo great for you.
What are your needs in a tire?

Spirited daily driving, no racing, rarely in the rain, no winters. I think Nitto 555's are my first choice. Is having the same size all around so I can rotate a big advantage over the staggered look? I've read some guys with staggered setups don't miss the rotating.

I happen to think that rotating is WAY over-rated I have been running staggered forever and feel I would have seen little saving, without the posibility of rotating them.
If you are spirited, with no rain and no Winters... does this mean it is NEVER driven in these times and ONLY in Summer weather? If so, depending on your level of "spirit", I might suggest another tire to lift your "spirits" a bit higher.. perhaps?
The NT555 is a fine tire, but many others that will offer much more grip for Summer-only applications. They may not get as many miles, but doesn't sound like you plan on a whole hell of a lot of 'em anyway... do you?
