I've been looking through all sorts of pictures and I haven't found many that show a White New Edge body style with a tan top. I'd like some 18" FR500s black with the machined lip but I'm not 100% that'd look too well given the tan top. I want to add some black accents like on the hood, Mustang letters in back, black out the area between the lights and the lower part of the rear bumper. I DO NOT want to change the top nor the interior to black.

The car currently has the factory torque thrust type wheels that are kinda Anthracite and they look fine. Anthracite FR500s would be my 2nd choice.

Why not chrome wheels?

I'm just not a fan of chrome on white for myself. I don't think it looks bad, just not enough better to pay for it.

This could be an option though:

Those black chrome ones look good! I agree with you not wanting to clash a bunch of colors! Silver always looks good against white! Pardon the use of newer Mustangs, but you'll get the idea of silver against white with these two GT500's on Machined Silver CV2's with stainless lips



It just flows, and looks clean, whereas black wheels matched with a tan roof might clash. Hope that helps in your decision making! Post pics once you get some new shoes!

Those wheels look hot! The nice thing about a contrast wheel is the lip stands out. Tough decision but I have time.
