Default Will they fit?

Asking for a friend. He took advantage of the American Muscle sale last month and bought 4 18x10 black AMR's. I'm running the 20x10's and thought it would be fine for him to run 10's as well but I didn't know if it worked the same on new edges, like if there was enough space in the wheel well for there to be no issues. He doesn't have tires yet but I'm guessing he'll be running 275's but I didnt know. Thanks

They will fit, but he will need modified front suspension for them to properly fit.

Modify it how. He bought it used and the "only" thing the previous owner did was a sound system and wheels. But just by looking at the springs and how low it sat I knew it was lowered at some point, thus making he and I both question if the wheels will fit

The offset will determine if they will clear the suspension. I'm running 17x9.75 with 25mm of offset and 275/40r17 tires. I'm also running maximum motorsports front suspension. The tire clears the rim by about 1/4" I've had the tire rub fender just a little during hard driving. I would guess with a 22-25mm offset and rolled fenders the fronts will clear. You may want to measure the rear and put a spacer in to make the stance look correct.

these that he has are +24mm offset. And I imagine he'll be running 275/35 or 275/40's. I just didn't know if there would be rubbing issues. Thanks!
