I'm doing it now and there's a fair number of them already on the roads. it's fairly easy. Check out my thread (sticky) on the subject at www.mustangboards.com in the 4.6L tech section. If you've ever thought about doing the swap I'd say go for it. BTW... HPS's new intake is coming out VERY soon. Like new years time frame soon.
