Default Windows getting hung up?

I had a an aftermarket top installed on my vert when I bought it............Its a great looking top except for the doors get hung up on the top wire that keeps the top tight. Basically when I close the door when the window is rolled up it hangs up on the top of the door seal. So the window does not fit inside the door jam and there is a space that you can see through.......

Its more bothersome than anything. I just have to unroll the window and roll it back up but geez...............

Any ideas??

have you checked with the palce that installed the top? maybe a small adjustment is needed to fit correctly?

Default RE: Windows getting hung up?

My girls '98 driver's side door does that same thing (passenger side is fine). The top of the window hits the top lining preventing it from seating in the weather stripping. If she rolls the window down and then back up, or pushes on the top of the window slightly after its hit, or slams the door real hard it fits fine. She doesn't know if its a stock top or not. It came with the car when she bought it 3 years ago. Its only been doing this for the past 6 months or so. I checked the door and it is lining up properly etc. How would I adjust the top to fit better? Thanks alot.
