Default Window gaps

How do i go about adjusting the windows since theres is a gap in my windows when i close them and im having a problem they wont go up all the way if the doors are closed. Its a 89 vert.

Bought a 93 mustang notchback with 30,000 miles on body originally on it and with a 5 speed stock and stock 5.0 and its calypso green i was told it was the last notchback made out of the plant it was made from.

take the associated parts including the window apart and off. then clean everyhting. put it back together nice and tight. its the best way to check if u need further money spent for parts or service. it might even fix it.
