Default bullit motor swap help...

ok guys so i have a buddy with a 01 bullit he recently blew his motor...he has a 2004 gt motor with low miles from his other mustang which was a stolen recovery and he kept the swap to sell it but never did....now my question is this...can we drop in the 04 motor in with no problems???...we planned on simply swaping the intake mani and dropping it in...is there going to be any problems??...wiring??...anything we should know of???...this is only untill we rebuild his other motor becuase he wants his car to stay numbers mathcing and also wants to take his time with the rebuild but this is his daily driver...apreciate all the help guys thanks...
