The value will greatly depend on the condition of the SVO specific parts. If thelights, wheels, trim pieces, hood, front bumper cover, steering wheel, horn pad, shifter boot, fuzzy dash panels, seats, etc are in decent shape along with thenumber of miles/paint condition/accidents? could vary between 1K and 3K. A few more details would be needed to narrow it downtoo much more.
As a side note, yousaid restore. DO NOT plan on buying the car to restore it and sell it for profit. Youwill lose nearly every time with an SVO.

well i was thinking buying it to sell it i might be able to get it for under 1k, everything is there that came from the factory, just needs to be brought up to standards. Clean carfax, no accidents. thanks greg

It may be possible if the car is complete then. It is when you have to start replacing the SVO specific parts and plan on selling for a profit that it becomes a problem...

As TRBOPWR already said if the svo specific parts are there than sure why not, but if they are in very bad shape/need to be replaced plan on spending a decent amount of money on parts, a used outer passenger side marker light will run you at least 300$ and I have only seen them being sold recently for around 500 used and nos is even higher, I personnaly would buy it and keep it, restore it over itme as there were fewer svo's made than shelby's and it is only a matter of time before collectors finnaly start wanting these cars
