RE: How to time - 3/19/2008 7:18:54 AM    TRBOPWR Posts: 754 Joined: 9/3/2006 Status: offline The best way is to loosen the distributor a bit and have a timing light handy.  Then with the spout disconnected rotate the distributor and using the gun look for the white line on the front of the engine and set it to wherever you like. 10* timing is stock.  I run about 12* for a little more low end grunt.  More timing equals less boost you should run, and vice versa. _____________________________ 1985 SVO 13.62 @ ~97mph with 20 psi, on the brakes trying to keep from breaking out! quote: drhoward You don't count with your wierdo turbo special olympic mustangs[/q (in reply to hollcraft1) Post #: 2
