They are finished. Just because they dont come down the back of the car doesn't mean they aren't done
They stop about 1 inch from the rear of the spoiler. I had them flow just like it would in a wind tunnel test. I guess you can't see that to well in the pictures. I will try and get some better pictures up ASAP.
