With a grill and some bigger rubber i think that would be a kick ass looking truck

I actually like the paint as is, although you need more chrome on that 351, and try to find a tail gate

I think the color is ugly, and all the guy did to fix little holes in the body was use fiberglass filler. So I have to sand that ghetto **** down and apply the correct body filler.

Also want to add a hood scoop to it also. I was thinking of cutting a hole in the hood (the same size as my filter) and having foam go around the peremiter of the hole under the hood that way it seals up with the filter (like the older muscle cars with functional hood scoops) and then throwing a hood scoop over it, so that way all the truck will be sucking in is fresh air .

Also have plans for flat black trim to follow the body lines along with making the hood scoop flat black. Trust me, midnight blue with flat black is gonna make this truck look meaner then a pissed off sasquatch.

And as for the tailgate, I am working on finding one as we speak. I dont want to throw and original ford tailaget on it, I want to use one of those 5th wheel tailgates. Even tho its for a 5th wheel it will look nice. Basically a universal tailgate that will be flatblack as well. And if I piss around trying to find one of those too long... I will have a friend weld me one up with some tubing.

And 90LX2.3...... bring it

For some reason I thought your truck was green, guess that shows how much I've followed.

Get a new grill man, that thing looks like it ate too many rocks.

The Mach1 shaker setup would look awsome on your truck. The only thing with it though is you would have to attach it to your hood instead of the engine so it could pop out in the open....would still look sweet though.

I was thinking of cutting all the slots out of the grill and putting a mesh insert in it.... but ricer popped up in my head so scratch that idea

I'll have to order new ones from LMC (they are like $35 each... not to bad)

Today i tackled the hard parts on my truck as far as body work. All day I have been sanding, and I put some filler in some spots... ide post pics but im too ****ing tired. I also removed the antenna and filled the hole. It looks much nicer  Much cleaner. I'll find a different antenna for it later down the road that I can mount elsewhere...

But yeah the whole passenger side bed area is all done and primed, and it looks sooooo nice!! From what it looked like before, with all the dents and that fiberglass filler the guy who owned it before me but on to fill some holes (dumbass). I also filled the holes that he made to mount the canopy (dumbass) I also cleaned up the side where he brushed up against a tree all along the bed (dumbass). So tomorrw i ahve to fix all of the other dumbass's **** on the other side (which... isnt as bad) Then i have to mak my way on to the hood and roof and other little area's. The I can start rollin some midnight blue rustoleom on that bitch!!

Mach1 grill? lolz.... He was talkin about the Mach1 Shaker hood scoop. The hood scoop will be virtually the same only the scoop will be attached to the hood instead of the carb.

Here are some pics of yesterdays work. This is how I went about filling that antenna hole...

First just kinda scratch up the area with a sander, find any piece of little metal that is like a strip and you can get down in the hole. (I chose aluminum trimming my dad had left over from a carpet job). drill a hole thru the center and make the hole big enough for a screw or pick screwdriver to be able to mov around cause it will have to go in as a angle. Thats how you get the metal in the hole and hole it there. Since i have no access to a welder, i used JB weld. (liquid weld). Its just as strong as a normal weld, and you can also use it on plastic's.

But to hold that little piece of metal up on the other side of the hole inside the fender I left the crewdriver in there and used vi-scripts to hold it up and in place, Add you liquid weld, let it dry.... (A good 4-6 hours depending on how cold it is), sand it down, add filler... sand it down and wala! Lol. That's for people how dont have a welder and wont to patch little hole's.

Pics to follow...

The hole is about the size of a nickle....

The piece of metal i used (aluminum will not rust )

Let it dry

filler... let it dry.

Now to that bed area...

All sanded down and i just need to finish the bottom parts.

What I have to tackle today.

I put primer over it all today to keep the rust from growing. Anyway, I got the truck 60% ready for paint. I think I should fly right thru the driver side, and roof. And other little things. I got the full pass. side done and primed, along with the hood. tomorrow, if I can complete all bodywork it will be primed. Then I have to wait for more money to paint it. I am trying to sell the rims to see if I can make the extra cash to get it done.

I spent all day today replacing the damn bearing that went in my rear end. I was driving around and all the sudden it fell like my brakes were on... so i pulled over looked around and I didnt see nothin... so i drove home and i see oil leaking from my driver side drum brake, I take the wheel and drum off and its coming from the casing, I take the axle out and i see chunks of metal and bearings fall out. I am waiting for my bearing to come in so i can have it pressed on the axle and put the truck together so i can get to work tomorrow.

I start laying down paint on thursday. Today is all rainy so i am just gonna work on putting the rear axle together cause yesterdaty my 3.73's came in and I put the 3rd member back on the axle and I need to have the bearings pressed onto the axles and then i can put it back together. I need my truck! Driving my dads is unlicensed, uninsured, and has expired tags. I have been driving it around for all of last week. It would be pretty ****ed up to get pulled over .

And on saturday im racing it at PIR.My buddy from work is going with me in his escort. I'll have his ass take some video.

And this week i'm ordering headers as well. And then getting some cherry bombs to bolt up to em

They do make the header flanges on them. But its not gonna work. Damn crossmember is there. I'll just have to see where the headers drop down at. Anyway, I'll be looking at around a couple hundred bucks for exhaust. Thats gonna have to wait, I'll save some cash from next paycheck and then get it done on the next.

But anyway i got my truck back together yesterday and for some reason, my truck felt like it had some aggression to let out lol. I dont know if its from me drivin that 6cyl F150 or what? I forgot how much more power and torque my truck had then that 6cyl lmao.

Anyway, right now I am going to sand down the truck once more do get rid of any bumps and then roll some paint on. (Navy Blue paint btw...)
