Shoot... if I hadn't just bought mine I'd buy this one... rating or not. Under 5k miles, manual, looks to have the Mycolor gauges, and still has the plastic on the floor. Anyway, I hope someone gets this at a great price.

I smell something fishy...
They're probably after your deposit.
You'd have to call this Black's place just to verify they exist and are the ones selling the car online. Whenever you see a Shelby GT with an asking price of just $28,900 you are probably looking at a scam. Could be they are just selling the Mustang GT for that price and will tack on the Shelby sticker on top of that later!
On another Forum, a guy knows of this car, it is there but hasn't sold because of a higher asking price. Maybe they are sick of paying for insurance/overhead and want to sell it quick.
I'm not sure why all the posts here are negative, I was just trying to help someone looking for this car at a good price aware of it.
Three weeks ago a local Ford dealer had 2 07' Shelby GT 5 speeds with IUP,One black,One white for $29999!New.They sold pretty quick,I went and looked at them but bought a GT500 instead.

Looks legit to me. Your all missing some important details. Theres some added cost theres transportation depending on your location if ur on the otherside of the country your probably looking at 3 K alone if you have to go or it comes to u. Then theres registration and a bunch of added costs state taxes guzzlers tax and smog registration etc etc etc. And your getting it used you have no idea how that car was handled by the ex owner. i say buy it new locally you will have a better deal all around and u know exactly what your getting. ALso having a car from another state dealer will be a pain in the ass to deal with when warrenty work has to be performed on it. I say make life simpler and less hassle and u will probably find its cheaper to just purchase at a local dealer....

I bought mine new and am glad I did. I've always wanted a great looking car that was only driven by me. :) Whether you buy it at $45,000 or you get it for $30,000, it's still well worth the money.
