Default 351w wiring help

i got a few questions about wiring up a 351w-carbed (originally efi)

pretty much wat i need is like a run through on how to wire ecerything up and start it up..like the battery cables..alternator..distrubeter etc..(like wat goes to wat to wat and to wat) lol

also my friend was saying that i could just wire everthing to the battery then just put a switch on everthing..like (like runing a wire from the distributor..then havin a switch for it..and the msd box..and everything else..could this indeed be done..and would this be an efficent route to take...ne help is appreciated..thanks

I would also be interested in getting more info on specific years (94 era to carb??? Anyone???)

Pretty much whatever would apply to a 5.0 would apply to a 5.8(+)L. Always easier if you can use the same type accesories the car came with then it's plug & play. Negative battery cable to block. Most of the other stuff depends on the year and ignition & fuel delivery type.
