Ok, I installed a pro 5.0 a couple of weeks ago, and i've had no probs since, but last nite i noticed my shifter was sticky, it was hard bringing it out of 1st and putting in second and even second to third...now i left the stop bolts in on the shifter and i talked to a guy last nite and he said i should take them out since the t56 have built in stops in the tranny and that mite be the problem...is this true? or does anyone thinks its something else?

Well, if it shifted OK for a couple weeks, than the stop bolts are very un-likely to be the issue. Besides, they will not make it hard to shift, just would not let it go completely into gear. How does the clutch feel? Does it seem to dis-engage completely? From a complete stop, with engine running, put into first gear. does the sound of the engine/rpm's change? Does the car "want" to move forward?

Sounds like may be a warranty issue with shifter. Take the boot off and see if any bolts are loose or something. If so, DON'T tighten any that you didn't install as it may void warranty.

Yeah, I checked the bolts they are not touching at all, when I first installed it the bolts were hitting the handle, but i loosened them, now they are a good turn and a half away from the handle

Remove the Pro 50 shifter, re-install the original one and see if it works properly. If not, you have some sort of trans issue, unfortunately

If you don't still have stock one, you can shift by hand, but a little difficult.
