Default Runnin rough

My 86 GT runs rough now and then. It seems like there is a sensor or something that is not working right. It will run good and then rough for a few seconds and then good again. Any of you had this problem?
Thanks fellas

I just put new wires and plugs in it. The cap and rotor looks new so I didn't change it. Looks like a stock coil not sure how old it is.

if it's an ignition system prob it really needs to be put on an occiliscope and have the secondary ignition pattern monitored to narrow down the rough run to a cylinder/cylinders than from there to a component
