I guess I should add that I have a (4.6L) SGT.

I did an SCT Tune with some Kook's Headers and went up about 50rwhp. The SCT Tuner they used took it up about 20-25 at the wheels. It was definitely worth it. They adjusted the shift points, took off the rev limiter and took off the governor. It's awesome. A friend of mine works for SCT so I got it about 25% off too.

another question on top of that, i know that tuner will save your factory tune, but the SGT comes with a tune already, so would the diablosport (or whatever) save that tune, or the ford added tune? i really dont want to loose the ford flash for the power package? i did diablosport on my 06 auto and fell in love, so it only makes sense that i do it again with the 07 SGT, but always been worried i will loose that ford tune. thanks

My Tuner saved the tune for my SGT as is. So if I ever want to revert back to 100% factory settings it will do it in about 5 minutes.

Yeah, it was dyno tuned when they did it. It went from 232rwhp up to 285. So I actually got a 53rwhp gain. It's amazing what a couple of changes can do. My car is A LOT faster too than it was when I took it there.

232 baseline is a little low. my baseline was 255 and that was considered low. i picked up 20 rwhp w/ LT's and o/r x pipe, and most people consider that on the hi side. most headers advertise 25-30 hp gain, but no one actually gets that. the shelby gt's get 315 crank hp, so that should put you at about 265-270 rwhp. w/ intake and exhaust i had 301 rwhp, 46 over stock, i estimate 25 was from the JLT, so that leaves 21 for the headers and o/r x pipe.

Actually, 255 is if you have a manual. :) Mine is an automatic. If I would've had a manual I would've been sitting at 305rwhp instead of 285.
