There is a gear calculator...

It won't rev any higher because your rev limiter will not change. A 4.56 is about 26% steeper than a 4.10. I vote to do it and wish I could do it. Have you looked into getting a new carrier? I think 4.30 is the steepest that will fit in a stock carrier.

i was thinking of putting 410s and rebuild my t45 with after market parts and runing 295 first gear to get out of the hole better my car seems to like the high rmps better it flys when it hits the power band so i was trying to get the power band quicker any info helpful

A gear will do just that. It will get you to the power band much quicker than stock. Stock gears are stupid, I still don't know why Ford put such a weak gear in these things. If you're staying NA, go as steep as you can.

well the 3.31 first gears sucks in t45s so i want a lower first gear to so what u think about 410s with the 295 first gear im thinking with a wide tire it should hook up and go good. ya i know i have 327s they suck unless u are on the high way doing like 70 lol

Get at least 4.30's ;) I kind of want 4.56's still.

4.56's might be too short for the freeway if you drive a lot, but if you don't and your car sees a lot of race action with nice wide drag radials the gooo for it man let us know your 60' times haha
