Hey guys i am new to the mustang thing lol i just now found one i could buy within my budge. It was a stock 4 cylinder 5 speed car that has been stripped. Its just a rolling body. I want to put my 351 windsor in it. I am confused about all the balancing and stuff so i need alot of help here. I was told that i can keep my clutch and pressure plate and that a t-5 will bolt up to the windsor block no problem and the splines on the input shaft of a t5 would match up with my clutch plate splines. But what about the fly wheel? If i can use the same fly wheel then i will be in good shape because its balanced good with the engine. I dont have a clue about all this balancing stuff. If you guys can tell me what ill need to do the swap right that would be a big help. The only mods to the engine is that its bored 30 over. Factory heads, crank, cam, intake, and carb. Its just a remanufactured engine. Thanks for the help!

5.0 uses the 50oz imbalance, 351w has a 28.8oz imbalance, can't swap the two.

now i can't vouch for the 4 banger but if you have a 4 banger flywheel i think its time for an aftermarket one
