Help plz 04 ticking?

well i found something that i might be able to afford ro put in my 98GT,

u guys know more about the 4Vs than me, he said it was a hurt piston?, and another guy on there said it was from high speed interstate pulls? idk either way is this a big problem or can it easily be fixed, or should i just walk away from this, let me know, thanks
