did they make a vert cobra in 89 - my brothers title says its a cobra, how do u tell - tried a vin decoder but no luck . just says trim code gt . thanks for any input.

Why did the Canadians have to screw that up?? [&:]I have seen a few pre 93 Cobra's for sale and it just makes me laugh at them. I sent one guy an email telling him how dumb he was because he was really trying to play it off as a cobra and selling it for a rediculous price.
+1 Cobras started in '93 and were only hatchbacks.
