RE: whad da yall think?
$1900 sounds a little steep, but I'm no capri expert.

RE: whad da yall think?
I was thinking 1200.00 depending on what the engine bay looks like

the engine is what i base my opinions most on. its been on FEP for a while, so ill see how it runs. is it true that you can tell if theres bad bearings by the oil pressure dropping when you drive it at like 35 mph? some 1st gen. mustang book said something like that...

RE: whad da yall think?
if oil pressure starts out in a normal range then as it warms up it eventually drops to a low reading..it is a good possibility it has worn bearings and or crank

RE: whad da yall think?
any other ways besides feel/sound indicate the internals condition? im thinking about asking to cut open the oil filter...
