I ordered some stuff from summit, but i was using my dads card because im poor, and im gonna pay him back, and i wasnt really paying attention, and it was auto bill to him, and i put down shipping for me and my phone number, so i just got a call, and they are talking to him making sure its legit, and i feel really stewpeed
next time im either paying for it or doing "ship same as billing
over a certian amount, they will call. been there done that.

I don't think it's really that dumb, just the company being careful in days where identity theft is rampant. I've had them call me a couple times when I ordered stuff shipped to FL before I changed the address of my cardfrom NJ. I've even had the bank call me once when I took several hundred bucks out of an ATM in NJ with my FL debit card. I didn't feel dumb at all, I actually thanked them for keeping an eye on it.
Oddly enough when I actually did have one of my credit card numbers stolen no one said a word untilI found it on my bill and called them [&:].
