Default Cam Question

Hey sorry if theres another thread about this, but I couldn't find anything I'm lookin to cam my 2002 mustang gtwhat brand/type should I look for and what should i look for in a cam? Thanks.

Gives us some background on your car. Auto or stick, what all mods do you have. What all do you plan on doing? What are your goals for you car (realistic).

Comp makes geat cams. VT did too but I'm not sure if they are up and running again or not. I suggest you call a company like comp and tell them what you have and what your looking for. They will be able to tell you exactly what you need.

I had no idea you were the one that made these cams. I'm very happy with mine. I bought the stage 2 blower cams and stage 2 heads. Picked up 87 rwhp with just those two mods!!!!

Hitech has about the best off the shelf cam out there.

They may be as good as the others but I wouldn't say they are the best. That's like saying a procharger is better than a vortech.
