i power foamed my car the other day. same product pretty much, everybody that says stuff like this doesnt work probably have never used it or dont understand it. it can actually remove some carbon deposits and in some cases help with drivablility problems. i like to use it when i get a customers car such as this scenario, car comes in for a drivability issue, has 20000 miles and is a 1997. i automatically know its probably an older person who only takes the car to the grocery store and never lets the vehicle warm up and reach open loop. it will generally need the iac to be cleaned and then i like to power foam it and check the plugs. most the time the power foam will clear up the problem as the car is generally loaded up with fuel and has large carbon deposits.
