Default Car Stalls Part 2...

Okay heres the newest, the car was stalling, every once and a while when it downshifted when I applied the brakes. IT was like just not enough power to bring the RPM's back up. ..
After a number of good suggestions I changed out and put a brand new IAC on. Everything seemed much better, today however, I went out for a cruise, windows down, no AC running and twice it died.
It occurred to me when I tested it out with the new IAC i was running the AC. I turned the AC on, and there is enough to keep the car's idle from dipping to much and stalling.

So, ideas? not enough juice in the alternator maybe? I could relate an idea better if the car lost more power with the AC running but it actually gives it just enough to keep the idle up.

So here the problem in a nutshell

Only on braking (downshifting, its an automatic) the cars idle dips down sometimes just enough to stall ( not everytime, but enough to be annoying)

Running the car with the AC or turning the Overdrive off, the car almost if ever, NEVER stalls out.

Ideas, anyone, anyone, anyone,?
