Default stock exhaust/paxton 2200 sc?

is it fine to run the stock exhaust with the paxton 2200 sc?
I was thinking about getting the kooks headers/catted x pipe before the SC but that's a good $1200 not including install.I would rather just have the supercharger kit first (just to have it lol) then get the full exhaust later on. What's the loss in hp if I keep it(exhaust) stock? less top end? slower pick up? if it's making 480-490whp anyways does it matter if it flows better or not?

Default RE: stock exhaust/paxton 2200 sc?

stock exhaust w/ paxton or any other FI kit will be fine. w/ headers, you'll pick up a little more hp andmay needto retune bc it may run leaner, but will run fine w/ stock exhaust.
