Craigslist Find: ’93 Turbocharged 900-HP Fox Body Runs 8’s

People are interested in the Ford Mustang for various reasons. Whether it’s the aesthetic appeal or the power it is capable of putting down with a few bolt on’s here and there. With aftermarket parts as common as donuts are to cops, it’s easy and fairly cheap to get one haulin’.
If you’re into the performance side of things and you’re looking for one hell of a race car, this 1993 Fox Body might just catch your attention. If the parachute and the tires on the back weren’t a dead giveaway, I don’t know what is. However, getting into the heart of the beast, this thing is capable of putting down 900 horses to the pavement!
According to the seller on Craigslist, this car was built to be a ridiculous street car with a turbocharged 2jz. It is mentioned that this Fox notch has made a quarter mile run at 8.92 seconds at 149.9 mph on a 75 shot. With boost only it ran a 9.29 quarter mile and still maintained excellent “streetability”.
Everything is in working condition such as the headlights, tail lights, turns signals, high and low beams, fuel gauge, power doors and locks. It has a full sound system (mentioned in the list below). The only thing it is lacking is A/C. The car is supposedly pretty quiet and tame until someone turns on the boost controller and turns it into a completely different beast.
Two intake setups are available with the car. One of those systems consist of ram air with a cut headlight, and the other is a full street filtered setup with the headlight in place. It is capable of running on the track by itself with one button, transbrake, including shifting by itself as well by air shifting on C02 through the computer.
