Fox Body Mustang Wrecks Hard While Drag Racing

You go to a race never wanting to see a crash, yet when you do, and the driver walks away unharmed, it definitely sends a jolt of adrenaline through you. Crashes, at times, can be the coolest thing to witness first hand. Unless you’re the driver. However, this next crash, involving a Fox Body Mustang nicknamed the Yeti, will have you dumbfounded.

The Mustang launches hard. It sends the front wheels high up into the air and then comes back down just as hard. Normally, this is where everything would go horribly wrong, but the driver held it and kept the car moving. He then got back onto the gas which lifted up the front end once more. This is where things got extra dicey.

When the driver lifted off the gas, the car came back down, breaking something in the front end, and causing the car to pitch side to side. It then went into the other lane, smashing into the concrete divider. Thankfully, the driver wasn’t injured, and the Mustang’s not a total write-off.
