Here’s a Pretty Good Theory About Why So Many Mustangs Crash

Someone at Road & Track seems to have come up with a decent explanation for all those Mustang crashes at Cars and Coffee events.

The only problem is that not all those Mustangs are putting out 700 horsepower. Although, the Road & Track report more specifically zeroes in on the problems that can come with trying to launch that kind of power, which I guess could be an issue for Mustangs with only 300 horsepower under the hood as well.

Of course, the report (which references the YouTube video below) is really aimed at making a bigger point. In fact, we’ve tried to make the same point here on several occasions, but some still haven’t gotten the message. In short, just because you might own one of the most bad-ass cars in the world, you don’t have to try to prove it when you’re at the wheel.
