SVE Pace Car: Mustang GT Project 777 From Latemodel Restoration

Latemodel Restoration has a knack for cool project cars and when their 2011 Mustang GT project unfortunately cooked its stock Coyote during some open-track events, LRS wasted little time in turning it into a unique project. In place of the stock 5.0 a Ford Racing Aluminator XS crate engine now resides between the rails. 

Of course the JLT intake and Ford Racing CobraJet intake manifold are obligatory inhalation upgrades for an Aluminator. But LRS took it one step further by picking a unique theme that harkens back many decades to the original Fox-body Mustang Pace Car. 

That’s right, this S197 is dubbed the “SVE Pace Car,” and it’s pretty dang cool if you ask me!
