Any info or guesses on the combined fuel economy for the 2.3 Ecoboost engine?

Just wondering if anyone heard anything. I'm hoping it's 26 which is what my current car gets.

It should be more than that. At least I hope it is. The 2014 v6 is suppose to get 31mpg on the highway. If the 4-cylinder car only gets 1 mpg than whats the point?

The corvette can get almost 40mpg with the cylinder deactivation. The C6 could get low to mid 30s.

My current v6 mustang will be lucky to get 22. And its about 80% highway. Pitiful.

that's because you have the old boat anchor 4.0. I average 20.7 in my 2012 GT. 20 mpg is what I usually get in my 4.0 Ranger.

Yeah I was referring to the C6... I know nothing about the new generation Vette.

The 4.0 is a joke when it comes to gas mileage, you're right.

Any guesses on when they will actually release the figures? If it got better than my current car (2011 Sonata 2.0T at 26mpg combined) it'll be hard to resist getting one

You should look into it. It is awesome looking both inside and out. I want one so bad its not funny. And God is tempting me as I pass someone who bought one almost every day on the way to work.
