Question Catback on a convertible? Anyone done it?

On one of the aftermarket sites it stated you may have to temporally remove some brace on the convertible to install the Borla S catback system. Has anyone done this. I am hoping the brace in question is bolted on not welded?

I haven't looked under a S550 yet, but the bracing on the S197 convertible was a simple bolt in design. My guess is that the S550 uses the same system - just a couple of bars going to the back of the car from just in front of the rear axle. I'd be surprised if they were welded in if they have to be removed in order to service the exhaust system

The braces are bolted on. It's about a half dozen or so bolts on each side with with a couple joining the right and left sides under the gas trunk. It's not difficult..
