New tune necessary

I have had a Ford Performance tune done about three months ago. Before the tune I had a catback and CAI installed. Since that time I have added a Downtube and Intercooler. 0 to 60 times still around 5.3 seems a little slow for all the work I have done. Do I need to get the tune redone.

Did you notice any improvement right after having the first tune?

Doing the outlet without the inlet doesn't help much.

As far as intercooler, depends which one you bought.... There is a taller
one, or a better OEM style one. You should have seen +20HP with the
intercooler, if it actually reduced the intake temp by -40 degrees, and you got
a kit with their piping.

I thought I noticed a small increase right after the tune but not much. I talked with Tom at Ford Tune and he informed me that their product is only for cars with a cat back and CAI The other items I added were a Mishimoto performance Intercooler and MBRP 3IN Down Pipe. I'm going to take it to get a Dyno Tune done on it this week. Will let U know if it helps. I would advise anyone to stay away from the Ford Performance tune unless there only wanting to do it to keep your warranty,
Bob

Ford performance tunes aren't any better than what you'd get from a handheld.
Still, without a tune, the FMIC upgrade should have seen +20
