Muffler suggestions?

Went to my local exhaust shop, for res delete with two 12 inch glasspacks and tips, I was quoted $350, which is still cheaper than the Flowmaster Outlaw axle back setup, which basically looks like glorified glasspacks, although it is bolt on. I would rather have fully welded pipes, so I'm going with the exhaust shop.
The reason I want this was is because you can hear the turbo through the exhaust. Also, I like it loud!

Don't have it on, but putting say an 18 inch glasspack in for the resonator should kill most of the rasp, while staying loud with 12inch glasspacks out back. Used to have a 98 Grand Prix GTP, did a res delete on it, became rasp city, had turbo mufflers put on and then a 18 glasspack resonator, the rasp was gone completely.
