looks sweet first off, second when you installed them do they feel pretty secure. I was on the Roush site and noticed its only those three tabs that stick to the car. I thought it was maybe a trim ring and then the louvers screwed to that. just curious, I think I'm still gonna get them but I would like your opinion.

I love the look of the these things but how bad do they affect your view? I use my mirrors a lot but what made me think of this was yesterday leaving Wal-mart I had a large SUV on one side and couldn't see what was coming down the lane untill my back window cleared it. I was thinking with these on I would basically have to back out blind and hope I didn't get plowed into. Of course I could always just park at the very end, the walk might do me good. Any first hand reports would be appreciated.

You do give up that 6 inch or so of quarter window space with the louvers or side scoops. You are forced to use your mirrors, back window and side windows to see out. Most louvers have open slits that do let a little light through but its not much. It took me a minute to get use to them but now its second nature and I could not live without them. Where I live only 2 out of 10 mustangs have them so its those little things that make my Stang stand out from the others that much more.

Tape up your quarter windows for the weekend with news paper (from the inside so the paper wont fly off) By the end of the weekend you will know if you can or cant deal with not being able to see out the quarter windows.
