Removing Head rest on front seats

I was wondering if anybody has figured out how to remove the head rests from the front seats? Please let me know if anybody has an Idea. I already tried removing them by holding the adjustment button, but no luck. Thanks for the help.

i believe there's a small hole on the inside. should you put a paper clip in this hole and hold it, they should slide out.

he is exactly right, there is a small hole on the inside of the plastic latch, use a paperclip once the travel is at its end, and they will come right off.
