Ok I read that Quantum Power and Performance was working on these fenders that will give it the 69 boss look. Any one heard anything on that? I would love for these to come out but I know it'll cost an arm and a leg but I don't care...the body work would also be right up there.

This has been posted in the 2005-2007 page, and it's basically the "Kenne Brown" styled Mustang or something. It replaces the quarter panels completely, so a lot of body work/paint/parts are going to be required, I imagine it won't be cheap. Except in upwards of Supercharger type funding to have this done, just an earliy guesstimate.

BTW '69 Boss 302s didn't have the quarter scoops. Boss 429 did though.

Keep the flared fenders, ditch the scoop, and that would be a sweet bodykit.

I noticed from that pic it has the '69-'70 style quarter windows too! Rumors have circulated that the 2009 Mustang may have more '69-'70 styling cues. In the '60s the Shelby Mustangs gave hints to the next year's Mustang restyle. Maybe that will be true again? I could just see that quarter treatment with the Cervini's Boss/Mach 1 kit! It sure would be way cool!

those are nice. i like the way the quarter window is gone too. i heard that ford might contract them to put out a new boss mustang. who knows when tough.
