Default Black Out Panel

How do you guys like my new black out panel? It's a 3d Carbon piece and I had them paint it gloss black. I've got the Boss look going now. I just installed it today. Previously I had ordered a cheaper panel from Moss Mustang that I sent back since it was crap...don't order that one...it's just a thin piece of smoked acrylic made by GTO, but the 3D one is thick plastic that sits flush with the tail lights. I still have to wax it...making sure the tape sets up real good first.

I just adjusted that driver's side muffler a few minutes ago...it was a pain in the ***! Been meaning to do that for awhile...it wasn't that bad when I installed it...it kind of settled over that way. I think one of the hangers got bent a little during shipping. I was able to pull the muffler out a little and now the tailpipe is centered better. The other side is off just a little so I went to work on it too, but it didn't really budge much...but you can barely tell on that one.

Tpony, I haven't added anything else black, but I've trying to keep away from putting chrome over the black pieces that I do have. I like the black on red look with just a little chrome. Like, I won't get the polished foglight bezels, or tail light trim or bright grill or anything like that. The only place I put chrome on the outside was the mufflers. The engine has a lot of polished stuff on it though.

06Hoss,
Who makes the chrome strut tower brace? Looks good.
I've been looking @ the Grannitelli(?) one, but blue doesn't go w/red.

Stange Development at http://strangedevelopment.com/home.htm. It's polished aluminum, not chromed steel. Pretty light piece. They make a brace specifically for the 07 intake cover like you have. The brace bows a little more to clear your brace. My Midwest cover was able to take a standard GT brace, but it's still higher than others. I had bought a black Steeda brace at first and had to send it back since it wouldn't fit. This company just came out with a rear shock tower brace that I just bought and installed. It's good guality stuff too, but that brace only comes as a satin finish, but it's still light weight aluminum. Real easy to install too. Here is a pic of the rear brace:

Thank you
I'll have to look into that one as well.
Darn,it's pricy. The other one I was considering is only $75.00 with a A-frame support.
